basically....

I'm stuck on my paper, so I'm taking a break. (That, and I'm experiencing a bad headache and may take a power nap). NaNoWriMo started yesterday, and though my initial goal is to accomplish the 50,000 novel by the end of the month, more importantly, I just want to make myself write everyday.

Sometimes, I'm stuck completely. I can stare at a blank page longer than I should. Lately, I've taken to finding inspiration in images--particularly images from FFFFound.com.

These are some I've saved recently:

  2. WOW those pictures are really cool!!! I love photography I took it in high school for two years and just found it fascinating. My teacher would always show us surreal pictures like some of these are and find a more symbolic meaning behind the photo. It always got my brain working and thinking of unusual ideas dealing with the pictures. I can find so many different meanings for these pictures its really neat. I think whenever you get tired or writers block it is a great thing you are doing by looking for inspiration in these pics. I hope your 50,000 novel works out for you my best friend did the same thing last year, but I have a feeling she didn't finish. Good Luck, your a good writer so I bet your novel is going to be really good!
